What happens after the booking request?Within a few hours we will contact you and confirm the booking request.

What about food and drinks on board?We always provide drinks in our minibar on board. Additionally, you can order more drinks or our delicious food. Please note that food orders require a 48-hours advance booking.

Do I need a boat license to rent a yacht?You don't need a boat license. All our bookings include two experienced captains.

What happens in case of bad weather?Lisbon is one of the sunniest cities in Europe. We want to provide you with the best experience. In case of bad weather, we can reschedule your booking. If a rebooking is not possible, you will receive a refund of the deposit.

Which payment methods do we accept?We accept credit cards, mb way, or cash.

What should I wear?Whatever you like. We recommend comfortable clothes, suitable for the season or time of day. Whether it's a swimsuit or a party outfit, make sure you protect yourself from the sun. In the evening or in windy conditions, we also recommend wearing long clothing.
